Two gardeners, two hills
We're two local gardeners who live at the foot of the South Downs, one under Cissbury Ring and one under Chanctonbury. Yes, we're both called Ben.
Why we started The Garden Restorers

We wanted to offer something between a quick tidy-up and a full redesign: gardeners who'll get an overgrown garden back under control, then help it become easier to look after and better for wildlife.
We see the Downs every day, and we'd like a bit more of that chalk grassland life in the gardens around them.
What we believe
- Gardens should be good for wildlife as well as people
- Less chemicals, less peat, less waste
- Gardens should adapt to drier summers and wetter winters
- Simpler gardens are easier to enjoy
- A garden should feel calm, natural and beautiful
